Jerry and his team replaced 2 bathroom vanities, 2 toilets, 10 interior doors and our front door. Jerry is friendly and easy to work with. The cost of the job was reasonable and the team worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. They cleaned up after themselves each night and did their best to inconvenience us as little as possible. Jerry was also responsive to making any changes we requested along the way. We are happy with the quality of work and plan to contact Jerry again for future projects.

Jerry worked on remodeling our first floor bathroom, fireplace livingroom and painted our entire basement. He came by and looked at the project and we had an appraisal the next day at affordable and reasonable prices. He did the plumbing, the carpentry and some minor electrical work. Jerry is a professional, dedicated to getting the job done without cutting corners, reliable, and did an excellent job! With all the recent flash rainstorms and potential for flooding, I wanted to look into what protection I can have installed for my house. From the moment I called, Jerry and his team was top-notch. They were incredibly responsive and managed to schedule  a consult for the next day.

Jerry arrived on time and was extremely professional. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the issue to me in simple terms, and provided a detailed quote for the necessary installations. I was impressed by their transparency and pricing.

He installed a pan and leak preventer on the water heater, 1x sump pump pit with pump and 2x backup sump pumps (one for the original pit and one for the new pit). He was also able to connect the piping for the pumps into the gutter drains. This provided a very clean finish on the outside

Jerry at JGo Property Solutions worked on my parents' house and did an incredible job! We had been needing some work done for a while and he was able to replace two hose bibs, clean out the gutters, and he even pressure-washed the siding of their house! All of the work was done with care and a discerning eye and I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on their house in the future.
